Every page is protected by a long-term preservation fund and can be exported at any time. If e-Memory ever shuts down, every family will receive a complete archive. This commitment is included in our Terms of Use

Who can see this page?

If a memorial page is private, only the people you invite by email or through a private link can view it. It won’t appear publicly, in search results, or be accessible to anyone you haven’t chosen

Can I create a page for someone who is still alive?

Yes, and we encourage it. The most meaningful pages are often created together, while there is still time to record their stories in their own voice

What if I’m not ready to do this yet?

That’s okay. Save this page to your account and come back whenever you’re ready. There’s no timeline for grief, and there isn’t one for this either

Yes. The free plan stays free forever. Paid plans offer more storage, additional content types, and extra services, but you’ll never be forced to upgrade
